3d substation SERVICES
3D laser scanning:
Laser scanning of existing substation provides an accurate dimensional and locational data for existing assets. Integral Power uses this technology to create an accurate 3D model quickly and easily than re-drawing the substation from old TIF files.
3D Modeling:
This provides the client with a realistic representation of both existing and new equipment locations within the substation. Our 3D designs allow us to flawlessly transition our substations from conceptual phase to design phase with consistency. By deploying this methodology, we can effectively and accurately, replicate the effect of external forces (such as wind etc..), enforce “clearance spheres” to ensure compliance with AS2067 and IEC standards.

Installation of new components to a 3D substation model is fast and accurate. This system allows us to produce automated BOM that are accurate.
seamless design changing:
Once a 3D substation model is created and optimized, all required design changes can be implemented quickly and effectively without the need for costly re-drafting.
