Integral Power’s Transformer Service teams travel across Australia, providing installation, assembly, vacuum filling, testing, and commissioning Substation, Power, and GSU transformers with ratings and voltage as large as 500 MVA and 500 kV, respectively.
Our team of professionals follows Hitachi Energy’s meticulous installation processes, procedures, and industry best practices in installing and assembling your transformers. Once completed, a vacuum is applied to the transformer to remove moisture and air voids in the windings. Our oil filling protocol involves circulating transformer oil through the latest oil processing unit, which ensures that the filled oil is heated, dehydrated, and degassed before it enters the transformer. Our teams continuously analyze and monitor the oil during filling to ensure the transformer is filled with the highest quality oil. Our capabilities include:
