PROJECT Fast facts
The 150MW Nevertire Solar Farm is one of the largest Solar Farms in central NSW. Over half a million solar panels feed into 52 Power Conversation Units (PCUs), interconnected via Ring Main Units, feed 2 x 22kV collector substations before feeding into the 132kV, 150MVA Power Transformer at Nevertire substation.
Integral Power was engaged by Davis Contracting to provide High Voltage Testing and Commissioning of the entire AC network assets including:
- Construction Validation, Detailed Functional and Wiring Checks
- Primary Testing & Commissioning of 2 x 33kV High Voltage Switchboards
- Primary & Secondary Injection Testing of the Solar Farm Protection Schemes
- Step and Touch Potential Validation at the 33kV and 220kV Substation Earth Grids
- Site Acceptance Testing of 104 x 2.2MVA, 0.6/33kV Power Transformers
- SCADA Integration Testing in conjunction with TransGrid

CLIENT Testimonials
Greg Godfrey
We engaged Integral Power to carry out the full commissioning of the Nevertire Solar Farm (NSF/NVS) 22 & 132kV substations in regional NSW. They were very professional and thorough in their approach. Even though the site was still under construction when they started the pre-commissioning works, maintained their focus on safety with attention to detail.
