PROJECT Fast facts
The 132kV Nevertire Substation is an AIS installation, purpose-built to evacuate 130MW from renewable generation from the adjacent Nevertire Solar Farm. NVS connects Dubbo & Nyngan load centers in Central NSW. The installation consisted of a 132kV Switchyard housing dead tank Circuit Breakers along with CTs, VTs, and associated Busbars, Disconnectors and Earth Switches.
- Installation & Testing of 3 x 132kV Dead Tank CBs along with their associated CTs and VTs
- Installation & SAT Testing of 150MVA, 132kV Power Transformer, and associated ancillaries
- Installation and Injection Testing of the 132kV NVS Substation Earth Grid
- NATA Testing of all Metering Transformers (CTs and VTs)
- Installation & Primary Testing of 132kV Disconnectors and Earth Switches
- Primary & Secondary Injection Testing of the NVS Protection Schemes
- SCADA Integration Testing of Protection & Control architecture with TNSP
